Formalities required by art. 1, subparagraph 32, of the law 190/2012.
With reference to the procedures of the contractor's choice, the contractors are obliged to publish in their own corporate websites the forecasted data from the norm, to ensure transparency of administrative activity; for this purpose, the CIVIT, by resolution 50/2013 – Appendix 1, provided an indication to ensure timely data update.
The law also provides for – within the 31 January each year – posting summary tables of the data reported in previous years, freely downloadable digital format an open standard, to be transmitted digitally to AVCP.
In this regard, the authority provided, by resolution # 26 of 22 may 2013 and subsequent release of the President of the 13 June 2013, the specifications of the requested data and ' set ' of its size, clarifying also that – in the first application – the transmission means paid by communicating the publish URL of this data, in XML format.
