2. Notwithstanding the provisions of article 47, subparagraph 8, Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, n. 165, public administrations publish supplementary contracts concluded, with the technical and financial report and the explanatory certificate by the scrutiny referred to in article 40 bis, subparagraph 1, Legislative Decree. 165 of 2001, as well as information transmitted annually under subsection 3 the same article. The explanatory report, inter alia, highlights the expected effects following the signing of the supplementary contract relating to productivity and efficiency of the services provided, also in relation to the requests of the citizens.
