3. Public administrations publish institutional site:
in) telephone numbers and e-mail box office responsible for institutional activities to manage, to guarantee and verify the data transmission or direct access to them by previous administrations pursuant to articles 43, 71 and 72 the Decree of the President of the Republic 28 December 2000, n. 445;
b) framework conventions governing access to data referred to in article 58 the digital administration code, Legislative Decree 7 March 2005, n. 82;
c) the additional procedures for the timely acquisition of Office data and to carry out checks on affidavits from previous administrations.
